When I arrive and walk in I'm always greeted with a smile and great customer service until I walk out. The environment is always clean, and the staff is always professional. Dr. Long has always been detail-oriented in what work he has done and what needs to be done. I will always be patient and will send my friends, family members and coworkers. It was great experience. He was patient, thorough and offered lots of info about my dental health in addition to a reasonable plan to get me back on track. Very clean office and personable staff. A lot of dentist are taking you to the bank but not here. Honest and up front, nothing unnecessary. I also loved that all the work was done by the doctor and not hygienist except the x-rays.

Dr. Long and his team are the absolute best! He is possibly one of the kindest humans you will ever meet and treats his patients selflessly. I had heard this from my best friend and decided a few years ago to give Tracey Dental a try. Feel very blessed to have found this practice. Dr. Long truly has a heart to serve. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing!!!! I am so happy that I found Dr. Long! He is very knowledgeable and explained everything. He has a great personality too! Dental work can be daunting but not here, and not with Dr. Long. I felt extremely comfortable in his chair knowing I was truly in great hands! The office is clean and well maintained. Smells amazing! The office staff is kind and super friendly! Dr. Long is stuck with me now!! Wherever he goes, I will follow! It is really hard to find a honest, kind, knowledgeable, and down to earth professional. I love Tracey Dental! Destiny is so friendly and pleasant whenever I come in. Dr. Dorian is funny and likes to have fun. My teeth always look and feel so good when I leave. Going to the dentist can be a nerve wrecking but everyone here makes it such a comfortable experience! 10/10 recommend 😊

Very professional and fun staff. Office is always ready for my visits when I arrive. Staff always makes sure I know my dental coverage prior to my visits. Kid friendly office. Great location with lots of parking. Dr. Long is VERY knowledgeable and does a great job addressing all of my concerns. My teeth have gotten much healthier over the years under his care. I’m very proud of my smile because of Dr. Long and Tracey Dental. I highly recommended this practice for all family and friends!!!

If you decide to go to Tracey Dental, you will not be disappointed. The staff is polite and professional. Dr. Long is very kind and super funny! I went in for a routine cleaning and Dr. Long found a cavity. He was able to clean my teeth and fill the cavity in about an hour. Great service all around!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Dorian Long. He recently worked on two crowns for me, and the entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. He took the time to listen to my dental concerns and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. I really appreciated how patient and accommodating he was, explaining each step and answering my questions clearly. The quality of his work and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence. I would definitely recommend Dr. Long to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dentist.

10 out of 10 definitely would recommend. Customer service was great from scheduling all the way through checkout. Maritza & Dr.Long were super personable. Doc was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Could tell the depth of his experience as he was able to analyze the history of my teeth without me telling him. Quick, timely, funny, and thorough. Love it! Will def be back!

I started going to Dr. Long in December 2025 because of a toothache. His admin/receptionist was able to get me an appt quickly with the dentist. He was able to give me a remedy and schedule me for follow-up treatment in January 2026. I appreciate his attentiveness to my discomfort and his experience in knowing what was needed next to complete my dental work. I was referred by my aunt and I am pleased with the service the staff and dentist provided me. The office is conveniently located on Custer Road in McKinney and it is beautiful and sterile.
